Just So You Know

Mark Rogers is a Virginia based singer songwriter who will release his 2nd album “Rhythm Of The Roads” this fall. His first record, “Laying It Down”, debuted at #24 on The Euro Americana Chart in August, 2019. His music harks back to a time when pop music was considered an artform and the sound of Laurel Canyon resonated with listeners all over the world.

The 2nd single from the new album, “Just So You Know”, was the 1st song written for "Rhythm Of The Roads". It was March 2020, just as the pandemic was gaining steam and we were all learning to live in place. The weight of our new reality seemed surreal yet very temporary at the time. “Just So You Know” is a wishful view into a post pandemic world where people are gathering again to celebrate with newfound optimism. According to Rogers, “It seemed like things were heading back to normal just a few months ago. We’ve had a setback more recently, but stay positive. We will beat this thing”.
