Moon Over Minas

"I’m so excited to finally share a very special project with one of my musical heroes. When I was headed to Brazil on tour, the 1st thing I thought of was my favorite Brazilian singer and songwriter ever; Milton Nascimento. I was lucky enough to meet him, and to visit his home in Minas Gerais with recording equipment, musicians and engineers in tow. This is where we recorded the new EP 'Moon Over Minas', which I’m ecstatic to share with the you all. I think of the recordings as a sort of Southern California meets Minas, Brazil versions of Milton’s classic songs, 'Tema Dos Deuses' and 'Lilia', as well as my own song, 'The Valley Of The Silver Moon'.
