A Modern Day Distraction

Following on from his much loved 2021 album, "Saturday Night, Sunday Morning", Jake Bugg has now announced his plans for a new studio album, arriving later this year.

The new full length album, "A Modern Day Distraction", is being previewed by the single, "Zombieland", which comes accompanied by a stunning Rachael Halaburda directed video, and the new album is set to be released on the September 20th, 2024, via RCA Records.

Speaking about the new offering, Jake says, “It’s fucking brutal, a constant cycle of working to live. They’re not paid what they’re worth. People have the same routine every day, they’re at work more than they see their kids, then the government puts the retirement age up. It’s not right”.
