"Ibland händer det att musik träffar som en blixt från klar himmel. Ungefär så är det med Alice Howe, som låter ungefär som en kvinnlig motsvarighet till Jackson Browne och några till. Kanske framför allt på grund av god sång och gitarrer, som låter ungefär som om nyss avlidna David Lindley även skulle vara med på ett hörn med sina strängar. Hur som helst är det oerhört vilsam och fin singer songwriter musik, med låtar som var och en kan står för sig. Det är lite typisk americana, country, pop, rock, lite soul och framför allt melodiöst med refränger som biter sig fast."
