Calle Löfmarck is now releasing his ambitious trilogy “Follow-Me-Home”, 3 albums with a total of 33 songs. He plays most of the instruments himself, but also invites guest musicians, such as in the duet “We Never Will Have Paris” with singer Jenny Nilsson.
Part 1 and 2 out now, and part 3 will be released on November 12th, 2025.
The music hints at influences from XTC, Prefab Sprout, and a touch of Radiohead, yet the result is unmistakebly his own, melodic, surprising, and irresistibly engaging pop.
As an artist, musician, songwriter, and producer, Calle moves freely between genres, with one foot in jazz and the other in pop and rock. He has also produced albums with artists in classical music and world music, including Celia Linde, Minna Weurlander, and Tania Naranjo.
In additon, he has gained recognition as one of Sweden’s most prolific composers of music to the poems of Dan Andersson. Together with his brother, Erik Löfmarck, he released the albums “Vildmark” and “Sånger Från Rolösa Gård”, which were awarded 'Stora Dan Andersson Priset' in 2019. His settings of Andersson’s poems have also been recorded by Thorsten Flinck.
