Dagens pärla, utan minsta tvivel, heter 'All That Matters' med Sacred Vagabonds!"

- Torbjörn Berlin / Berlin Calling -

"Sacred Vagabonds 'All That Matters' är en EP med vacker sång och en stämningsfull musikalisk känsla, som ständigt finns där intakt. En vårskimrande tillställning i musikens under."

- Micheles Kindh / Blaskan -

- Tom Arvidsson / Thirsty Boots -

"Sacred Vagabonds isn’t wholly a pop group, since their arrangements fall into a more well articulated repository. More serious and concerned with atmosphere rather than catchiness. This is evident in 'Goodbye Old Friend' which is subtle in approach and helped along by light harmonica notes. There isn’t anything overpowering. They’re not folky, or commercially flexible yet, they do have an informal reservation about them that makes it all quite listenable."

- John Apice / Americana Highways -

"What happens when former backup vocalist for Christopher Cross is introduced to Nashville based duo Marvin & Gentry, who recorded and performed with the late Dan Peek, founding member of 70’s group America? A magical blend of smooth 3 part harmony, refined lyrics and groovy guitars that hearken back to the golden era of folk rock singer songwriters, yet filled with modern sensibilities."

- Kenneth Bremer / Blue Desert -

"Because these 6 songs work as a whole, it is difficult for me to single out a particular favorite song due to this harmonious unity, as they are all beautiful. In fact, I find that I must be very subjective in my assessment in this case, because compared to what is currently floating around in pop music as meaningless music, I cannot help but highlight Sacred Vagabonds as an extremely pleasant exception. Even though nothing new has certainly been created here, and the sound may seem quite washed out, it just sounds beautiful, and absolutely harmonious, and very heartfelt. Period!"

- Wolfgang Giese / Musik An Sich -

"“The musical experience of the 3 vocalists in Nashville, Tennessee, based Sacred Vagabonds is elaborated. Brian Gentry and Ken Marvin have a history as duo Marvin & Gentry and Kim Parent has been providing female backing vocals for big stars like Christopher Cross, Lionel Ritchie, Trisha Yearwood and Carole King. The harmony vocals that they are singing on these 6 folk rock tracks on their new EP, ‘All That Matters’, are truly excellent, maybe even perfect.“

- Valére Sampermans / Rootstime -

"Driven by ringing and piercing little guitars, 'Amelia' steadily meanders on in the slipstream of The Byrds. The softly swaying title track, 'All That Matters', comes strikingly close to the works of Crosby, Stills & Nash, with an impressive guitar part by Brian Gentry. In 'Goodbye Old Friend', a ballad yearning for the carefree past of youth, Gentry's campfire harmonica briefly emerges between the heavenly vocal parts. It returns in 'Shimmering Skies', which closes this wonderful little EP after about 20 minutes. It only strengthens the longing for sunny, peaceful places."

- Cis van Looy / Written In Music -
