"While putting together the songs for my new solo album, I was struck by how often the word 'home' appeared, not just in the lyrics, but in the deeper emotional landscape of each song." ~ Eva Hillered

"Take Me Home" is Eva Hillered’s 10th solo album, an indie, folk, americana, tinged journey about longing, courage, and coming home. It’s a concept album about finding the way back to one’s own heart, and the songs are in different ways, portraying the winding path, at times comical, at times painful, that leads us there.

The songs range from the uplifting and groovy "Open It Up", to the melancholic yearning of "Take Me Home", with stops along the way like "Forgiveness", "Horses", "Get Out Of This House" and "Today".

2 of the tracks are deeply personal cover versions of songs by artists who have greatly inspired Eva, Patty Griffin and Shawn Colvin.

Physical CD and digital downloads released today, May 1st, 2025, streaming release later in the fall.
